Yak wool carries a quiet strength. Unlike mass-farmed cashmere goats, yaks live freely in the high mountains of Mongolia, where they’re raised not for their fiber but for transport, milk, and companionship. Their naturally shed undercoat is collected gently by hand each spring — a process that’s cruelty-free, traceable, and sustainable. This makes yak wool one of the world’s most responsible and durable natural fibers.

It means we stand by every piece we make. If a product shows unexpected wear or faults over time, we’ll help you repair, restore, or replace it — no matter how long it’s been.

Most of our garments are made from natural fibers that don’t need frequent washing. Air them out after use, and hand wash gently in lukewarm water with mild detergent only when needed. Read more here.
